The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order.
 Orders placed with Standard delivery are expected to arrive within 3-5 working 
days.
 Next Day Delivery is expected to arrive within 1-2 working days. Orders must be 
before 1pm and orders made on Friday will be processed on the next working day.
 All orders are shipped using Royal Mail UK. Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays 
and Bank Holidays.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipment from splendourluxe.co.uk, you will be held responsible for the shipping charges.
